Wine
Bondar Grenache Rosé blends parcels of Grenache from several McLaren Vale sites with a small proportion of Cinsault. All the fruit is handpicked.
The grapes are crushed and left on skins for up to 12 hours. Two parcels of Grenache are fermented at cool temperatures; the remaining Grenache and Cinsault undergo a warmer ferment in seasoned oak barrels to provide interest.
Pale pink, Bondar Grenache Rosé is a dry, fresh, aromatic wine with red fruit flavours and subtle complexity. Best enjoyed young.
